RETURN POLICY

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase in store or the date your online order was delivered.

  • Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit. The store credit doesn’t expire and can be used in store or online.

  • Washed or worn items will not be accepted unless we’ve considered them as having a manufacturing defect.

  • Online orders can be returned in store. However, returns that aren’t local must be sent at the customers expense to: 2804 Johnstown Rd Suite C Columbus, OH 43219.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

Since we want to provide our teasers with the most exclusiveness that we can, we only offer our items in a select amount of quantities & sizes. If you’re interested in a preorder, please message us on our contact page or any of our social media sites with your desired style & size. We’ll let you know if the option is available. 

Please note that pre-orders can take 3 weeks to a month for preparation & delivery. We’ll notify you with updates.

Some items are exclusive to our store so they won’t appear as for sale online. If you’re interested in an item that we’ve advertised & you don’t see it online, please contact us & we’ll check to see if we can ship it to you.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship your package through USPS. If you would like your package shipped with a signature required, please let us know.

Our shipping methods are within business days. Business days don’t include weekends or holidays. Please count the business days from your order date when calculating your expected delivery date.

Please note that we’re not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
